| How long have you coached netball? |
| Twenty years. |
| What do you enjoy most about coaching netball? |
| Meeting and working with people; seeing players grow their game, including the ups & downs of Netball, & watching them achieve their goals |
| Who has influenced your coaching most, and why? |
| Previous representative coaches - I followed what I'd learned in terms of their style & approach. Mentors - these people are a 'must-have' if you want to grow as a coach and as a person. |
| What's the best or most exciting coaching experience you've had? |
| It's always exciting (and a relief) to win at national championships. Some of my most significant coaching experiences have been when we've lost championships and you have to stand up, brush yourself off & go again - makes you a better person and coach. |
