The Tactix have 5 new players in the 2011 ANZ Championship team; Kasey Evering, Kiley Hikawai, Finau Pulu, Jo Trip & Donna Wilkins.

The Tactix retain 5 players from their inaugural (2008) ANZ Championship team; Maree Bowden, Ellen Halpenny, Phillipa Finch, Charlotte Kight and Anna Thompson.

The Tactix recorded their lowest ANZ Championship finish when they claimed the wooden spoon winning just one of their 13 matches in 2010. The Tactix finished on the same points as the 9th placed Pulse but the Pulse's superior goal percentage allowed them to finish higher.

Donna Wilkins joins the Tactix after a season out of the game in 2010 for the birth of her second child. Wilkins played for the Steel in 2009 helping guide them to their first ANZ Championship finals series.

The Tactix have recruited Jamaican Kasey Evering. Evering has played for the Jamaican senior side since 2000.

The Tactix have three mothers in their team; Kasey Evering, Anna Galvan & Donna Wilkins.
