Netball New Zealand's Accelerant Group was established in 2008 to give players behind the current Silver Ferns Squad additional opportunities. The aim is to fast-track their development to Silver Ferns level within three years. The Group will include up to eight players at any one time.

Silver Ferns coach Ruth Aitken oversees the Accelerant Group.
