Netball New Zealand's National Accelerant Group was established in 2008 to give players behind the current Silver Ferns Squad additional opportunities. The aim is to fast-track their development to Silver Ferns level within three years. The Group will include up to eight players at any one time.

Silver Ferns coach Ruth Aitken oversees the Accelerant Group.

CAMILLA LEES Central Pulse, 2009-2010 Joined Accelerant Group: December 2008 Born: Pukekohe, NZ, 27 Mar 1989 Height: 1.77m Positions: C, WA, WD Camilla was named in the NZU21 team for the 2009 World Youth Championships, and then added to the Silver Ferns squad, including the tour squad for the World Netball Series, and tests against England & Jamaica.
