Leadership Communication, role model, leads by example
Resilience Mental toughness, bounces back, perseverance, adaptable
Self Awareness Emotional Intelligence, composure under pressure
Self Responsibility Motivated, compliant, balanced
Wellness Work, study, social, family, health (absence of sickness)
Work Ethic Intensity, discipline, consistency, drive to be physically better than opponent

Physical

Aerobic Beep, Intermittent Recovery, 1500m run
Anaerobic Octo repeater
Power Vertical jump, horizontal jump
Speed 5m, 10m, 20m, straight line
Strength Press up, horizontal pull up, prone bridge, wall pass
Nutrition Pre / Post training, daily wellness

Tactical

Decision Making Consistency, under pressure from opposition and in game context
Using Space Creating space
Position Strategy Understanding position specific role
Unit Strategy Attacking circle – inside and out, Defensive circle inside and out
Team Strategy Centre pass – attack/defence, throw ins & through court - attack/defence, play from turnovers - attack/defence

Technical

Ball Skills Catching and passing both sides, on the ground/in the air, accurate, timing
Movement Skills Landing, stopping, take off - all using either leg, body control
Attacking Variety of movements and directions to get free, space, timing, screens
