One of the ‘finds” of the 2009 ANZ Championship the tenacious Camilla (Millie) Lees has continued to prosper in the Central Pulse franchise.
The nippy midcourter, who grew up in Auckland’s Pukekohe, was again a key player in the Pulse 20102011 ANZ Championship campaign. She was a member of the NZU21 team which finished second at the 2009 World Youth Championships.
She was selected for the Silver Ferns tour to England for the inaugural 2009 World Netball Series, and tests against England and Jamaica in October 2009. A talented athlete, Lees has a wide skill-set and is particularly effective on defence. A player with a big future.
