The Opening Weekend of the 2010 Lois Muir Challenge was hosted by Auckland Waitakere on Sat 20- Sun 21 March at the Auckland Netball Centre. Further matches followed on Sun 28 March and the weekend of 10-11 April, before the Closing Weekend on Sat 17 & Sun 18 April, hosted by Western at Arena Manawatu, Palmerston North.
